Flanges
A flange can be defined as a protruded lip, ridge, or rim that is either internal or external and increases strength transfers contact force, or stabilizes or guides the movement of machine parts or machines. A tool that forms flanges is called "flange."
Flanges help connect pipes, valves, pumps, and other parts to make a piping system. Flanges can be secured by thread-screw or welding. Flanges allow for easy maintenance and repair of the pipe system.
